Glaze offers a huge variety of locally made bisque pieces for sale. Bisque are pieces made from clay or slip that have been fired in the kiln. Bisque can be painted with glaze and refired to create a durable glassy surface that can hold water and, with a few exeptions, be eaten and drank from. Bisque can also be painted with acrylic paints and used decoratively.

Any of our bisque pieces can be purchased as a Glaze Painting Kit. Glaze Kits include glazes that you choose and a second firing. Brushes can be added for an additional $3. If you choose the Glaze Kit, the price will change after you choose your options.

Glaze Kits are dropped off at your house, picked up from Glaze studio, or shipped. After you complete your piece, bring it back to the Glaze studio for the final firing. When the firing is completed, you will receive a text or email to arrange final drop-off or pickup. Glaze Kits are ideal for folks who live in the Ann Arbor area or for people who have access to a kiln.

All purchases can be shipped within the U.S. At check out, choose the state where you are shipping to, and the shipping cost will be reflected in the total. Packages are shipped by UPS Ground, unless other arrangements have been made. Packages can also be shipped to other countries by special arrangement.
